Restless Sleep

Weird header i know.

But can't find a better term.

Somehow Joash has not been sleeping soundly for the past few nights.. 

He will be turning his head vigorously towards left, and right, and then jerked himself from his sleep.

I will then try to latch him back to dreamland.

Not the best solution i know, but its the fastest way to pacify him and let him fell back to sleep.

In the middle of the night, the fastest way is the best choice, right?
He literally wake up every hour.. and though tiring for me, i'm more concerned if he able to rest well or not.

Checked on Mr Google (in the wee hours) and seems common for 4-month babies.. called "Sleep Regression".

Wonder how true..

Did a quick check with few friends and apparently their babies do display such behaviors.

Said will pass..
One mention might be due to teething which is why uncomfortable.. so tonight going to check on his gums.. 

Here he is in the morning.. he was quite smiley actually but in this shot he looks rather grumbly. Haha.. 

My dear Joash, tonight Mama try to diffuse lavender to help you sleep better okay?
